These discounts are provided to both buyers and sellers when they complete the purchase or sale of real property with our team. The most exciting thing is that you are not required to do anything other than be a First Responder or Frontline Worker*. As a full-service brokerage, our team will do all the work.
The Moffatt Group provides discounts to law enforcement, firefighters, emergency medical technicians, as well as current and former military personnel. The discount is also provided to teachers, nurses and healthcare workers who served as Frontline Workers during this recent crisis. However, if you believe you are a First Responder or Frontline Worker and are not listed above, please ask us about the discount program. Proof of employment and/or veteran status must be provided to qualify for the discount.
