Marisa is a third-generation REALTOR® and has been around real estate her entire life. Prior to her real estate career, she worked as a server in restaurants through college, held administrative positions, and worked for departments of New York State. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Journalism from Marist College in 2013 and then worked for the Federal Government. She took pride in delivering exceptional customer service. Marisa later decided to carry over that service passion into obtaining her real estate license and then her broker’s license in 2019.
Within the last few years, Marisa married her husband, Tyler, gave birth to her son, Weston, and to her daughter, Lillian, transitioned into a full-time real estate career (while flipping houses) and launched her own brokerage.
Marisa’s business approach pulls from both her and her husband’s areas of expertise. They center on relationship building and creating a solid brand that people can trust, and their clients appreciate and recognize this. They are an amazing husband and wife team and love working together.
Marisa specializes in properties in all different price ranges and locations in residential and commerical real estate to rentals, leasing and new construction. She represents first-time home buyers and sellers to seasoned home buyers and sellers, as well as investors.
